At Earth Marvels, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. That's why we keep our refund policy clear and fair.

Request window 

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Some products come with an extended window — when the product page lists a longer period, that timeframe applies. In all cases, the guaranteed minimum is 30 days.

How it works

Order not yet shipped: your refund is processed immediately. The amount may take a few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Order already shipped: simply refuse delivery so the product returns to our warehouse. Once it arrives back, your refund is issued automatically.

Product already received (within the warranty period): we'll issue a free return label. As soon as the product reaches our warehouse, we process your refund.
