At Earth Marvels, we work to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking details when available.
Delivery times
United States: 2–7 business days after your order is dispatched.
International (rest of the world): 7–15 business days after your order is dispatched.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin once your order leaves our warehouse, not from the moment you place it. Total time to receive your order is processing time plus delivery time.
Shipping delays
While we do our best to meet these estimates, delivery can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience if your order takes a little longer than expected.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any questions before ordering.
Tracking your order

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at contact@earthmarvels.store and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or stuck shipments
If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, or you believe your package is lost, please reach out to us at contact@earthmarvels.store. We'll work with the carrier to locate your order or find the best solution.
